Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak shopping seasons, processing times may extend beyond 2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • We currently offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • International shipping is available, with standard delivery times of 2-3 weeks, depending on customs clearance.

International Shipping
Some locations only support DHL or FedEx due to postal service limitations.

  • International shipping fee: $40 for DHL & FedEx shipments.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply to their orders.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please check with your local carrier office or neighbors. If necessary, we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@beansrock.com with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
