Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must have (no signs of wear, damage, or coffee residue), in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beansrock.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return request. We will ship the replacement once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue at support@beansrock.com. We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.
